ROMTELECOM offers a wide range of solutions for connectivity. Our Gigabit Metro Network infrastructure has two high speed and capacity points of connection to the backbone of ROMTELECOM’s MPLS IP network to ensure redundancy. Using MPLS, we can provide both security for conventional networks as Frame Relay and ATM, and IP networks flexibility. CyberHost is connected via multiple redundant fiber optic connections to Gigabit Metro Net, with the bandwidth totalizing 8 Gbps; the basic services include Fast Ethernet 10/100 BaseT connections. In addition, ROMTELECOM has a Giga Ethernet (1000Mbps) link at the RoNIX national peering point and direct Giga Ethernet (1000Mbps) links with each providers of Internet services. ROMTELECOM also has its own point of presence in Frankfurt of 2xSTM64 (20 Gbps) ROMTELECOM assures redundant connectivity to the Internet international backbone using optic fibers, 4 x STM16 (2.5Gbps), 1 x STM4(622Mbps) through 4 international providers:
